NVC Logistics Group Adds Dedicated Resource

Rockleigh, NJ (November 9, 2009) - Continuing growth at NVC Logistics Group, a national leader in the delivery of high-value, oversized items, has positively impacted its management ranks. The logistics and transportation services company announced that Bill Dugan has assumed the responsibilities of Vice President, National Accounts, a newly created position.

"NVC Logistics has been in business for over 30 years because of the service level we provide and the relationships we build," said Paul Henrici, President, NVC Logistics Group. "We firmly believe that building and maintaining strong ties with our clients is the lifeblood of our business," Mr. Henrici stated.

"He'll be an experienced, knowledgeable, and dedicated resource, insuring both new and current clients receive the ongoing attention, service and issue resolution needed to successfully deliver their products."

This new position was created because of the growing client base at NVC Logistics Group. It insures that NVC clients continue to receive superior service and strategic logistics support. "My purpose is twofold" said Mr. Dugan. "The first is to insure that our clients are receiving the best service, whether it's home delivery, reverse logistics, asset recovery or any of our offerings. The second is to be a strategic resource NVC clients can call upon, available to help meet their logistics and supply chain needs."

Mr. Dugan's responsibilities include managing the diverse logistics needs of current clients, ensuring operational, financial and service levels for all clients are met and exceeded, and fully integrating new clients within NVC's proprietary technology and financial systems. He will also contribute to continuous improvement strategic practices that leverage successful service offerings and processes.

Mr. Dugan has been with NVC Logistics Group for nearly four years and has an extensive background in technology, distribution, transportation, international trade, materials management and financial analysis. CPIM, CIRM, & CSCP certified by APICS, Dugan previously worked for fourteen years with Samsung Electronics and several years with AIWA America, in Sales Operations, Distribution and Logistics capacities. Most recently he was VP, Business Development at Novations.

In addition, Ernie Santos is the new Senior Manager, National Accounts, working with Dugan to provide unmatched service to our clients. Mr. Santos is an experienced transportation veteran, having spent the last 14 years in the logistics, operations and sales departments at NVC Logistics Group.
