Select the Warranty Exchange Option that Meets Your Needs

NVC provides white glove exchange/return service using experienced return team specialists. We make sure that the consignee is pre-called, scheduling a convenient time for the exchange within a specified window. Service options include:

Straight Return:
We will pick-up the item at a home or business, package it, and return it to the facility you designate.

Warranty Exchange:
This 'swap' includes White Glove service: delivering the new unit to replace the existing unit, unpacking, placing the new unit in the room-of-choice, and removing debris. The old unit will be properly packaged, if necessary, and returned to the facility you designate.

Packaging:
We will use the new carton to re-pack the defective unit to be returned, supplementing it with additional material should it be needed, and properly sealing it for shipment to you. If there is no existing packaging, we can provide materials so that the unit is properly packaged, sealed and returned.

Install/De-Install:
We offer installation and de-installation service on many of the products we deliver and exchange. This includes: set-up, testing to insure item is operational, mounting or dismounting flat panel TV's to existing brackets, connecting/disconnecting from existing power supply or signal source, as well as to/from sources such as water, electric, gas, or exhaust (though we can't create new connections).

Field Scrap:
Based on the financial feasibility of returning the unit, we can field scrap or de-commission the unit in an environmentally friendly manner.
